A 4 Years Child has Raped by 15 Years Young in Jhapa

Contrywise strike against the rape is moving ahead but on the same time a 4 years child has raped by 15 years old young boy in Jhapa. The girl of Damak 6, dhikurpokhari, Jhapa has raped by neighbors as unnatural activities on society. Victim family tabled the case on the Regional Police office of Damak.

After that the case flashed out on the society and police arrested the 15 years Bijaya Chapagai. The police said he raped the 4 years child givin her 5 rupees and some chocolets

The victim is treating at he BP Koirala Health Science Pratisthan Centre at Dharan.
