From 28 years Kamala Rokka of Hamarjung- 4, Terathum was tie with rope but now she is going to release soon. She is mentally challenged from the age of 3 years old. She was tie with rope because of poor economic condition of her family members for treatment.
After news coverage by the media, Kamala Rokka of 32 years old is finally going to free from rope and some NGO and government will look after the treatment and resettlement of her. In the leadership of Spokes Man Mohana Ansari of Human Rights Commission group of commission talks with the local administration of Terathum district and give order for the resettlement and treatment of Kamala Rokka. Kamala has son of 9 years old and discussion is made for the free education of her son with the local administration.
