Two girls attacked by acid are hospitalized. Seema Basnet, the victim, is injured by the acid attack. Two girls were attacked with acid in Jhochhe, Kathmandu early in the morning. Basnet is admitted in cabin number 16. It has been 18 days that these two girls are attacked. But the Government could not even arrest the culprit. So Seema Basnet has written the letter to the Government so that she can plea the Government to take action against the culprit. Seema has pleaded to the Government so that the Government can hear her urge.
Seema is asked in the program about her health. Seema stated that she is getting well but she did not know that she will attack. Seema was asked about her intention to write the letter to the Government. The Government is unable to arrest the culprit for he attacked them with acid. She is the student of Grade X and will appear in the SLC examination. She is forced to study in the hospital because she is undergoing through pain and suffering. She even feels to question herself for the reason she is attacked by acid. Thus Seema wants to draw the attention from the Government so that such action can be condemned.
